Earworm: Barry Louis Polisar - All I Want is You

     i feel like deep down I am kinda of a romantic but for the most part I am a skeptic of love.  I believe in love, been loved and have loved but its been a looooooong time.  I am sure I still have the capability to but at this point it would take a lot to change where I am.  I think it scares me that my next love could be my last.  My forever and ever.  Thats a lot of pressure on me and the other person.  I am sure something will work out but when?...  Till then I will love love and love sweet love songs.  I am just looking for someone to make my heart lag...

     i have always loved the Little Red Riding Hood story.  I have had many red hooded sweaters and sweatshirts.  I think the idea of a big bad wolf is sexy.  Hence my love of Blutbads...  I also like the idea of being saved by a lumberjack, or just lumberjacks in general...

Its a bit late and I have loved this song since my birthday but here she is!  

I love that many of my girl friends will sing a line of this song and the rest of us will sing the next.  Love songs that bring us together!  

Earworm: Deepest Bluest - LL Cool J

      i heart LL Cool J.  I also love Deep Blue Sea.  The first time I watched it was on cable while babysitting.  The kids had gone to bed and I was sitting in the dark watching it alone.  Loved it!  If you havent seen it go watch it now.  Dont worry I will wait.

This song is always stuck in my head after watching or even thinking of the movie.  Cause duh my hat is like a sharks fin...

Earworm: Almost Lover - A Fine Frenzy

whenever Almost Lover plays on my Pandora I get mildly sensitive.  I really feel for this chick!  So much heart.  Kills me!  I understand this feeling all too well.   It has been so long since I have had an almost lover, not sure I would know what to do with him...  I miss that feeling of a crush.  Waiting for a text or call.  The excitement to see him again.  Thats really all I need.  I wouldnt turn down holding hands.  Or kissing.  Or other things...  Moving on!

Earworm: Imagine Dragons - Radioactive

i think I might be in love with Imagine Dragons...  Like really.  Every time I hear Radioactive I swoon!  I made a Pandora station for them.  Love all of it!  I love them extra after watching the music video.  Ready for the awesomeness?  Fighting muppets...  True story!  And then there is Lou Diamond Phillips!  So good!

Guilty:  I went shopping after work and before I could leave the parking lot I had to open my almonds because it has been so looooong since I had any.  Then I remembered I had some yesterday... I might have a problem...
Hair:  I attempted to make fancy milkmaid knots...  Half fail.  But in other news I may dye it super red on Thursday.  Stay tuned.
Designing Women Episode:  The one where Mary Jo tries the dating book.  I should  try standing outside mens rooms, I bet I could find a man that way...

Earworm: I'm Not That Girl - Wicked

i went to see the Oz the Great and Powerful recently with my mother and my dear friend Jordan (Yordan...).  Mind you my mother hasn't been to a movie in the theaters in over a year and half.  I bought her popcorn and soda to celebrate.  We made many jokes about how she "doesnt get out much".  Anyway I really liked the movie!  I dont mind James Franco, he needed to be a smirky con man to make it work.  I hear he is on the verge of being very Jim Carreyish and I hope he can be saved.  Michelle Williams was great in a so-sweet-you-get-a-toothache way, but I am mildly biased.  I have always thought she was cute as a button.  Most of the beginning would be pretty lame without the 3D glasses.  I could have lived without the flying monkeys zipping out at you.  At one point my mother even said "yikes!" pretty loud.  The kid next to us laughed so hard he almost fell out of his seat.  So what does all the this have to do with Wicked?  Well I will tell you!  I couldnt stop thinking of songs from the musical!  I like the crazy, twisted version of the wicked witch better from the book but the songs from the musical are some of my favorite!  It is in my top 5 musical, after Gypsy and Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.  Yeah I like singing strippers and hookers, so what?  Get over it.

I think I relate a little too much with Elphie when it comes go guys.  I will always see myself as the funny fat friend of the pretty girls.  

Mind blowing moment:  My fave raw foodie goes paleo?  At least eating meat!!!  boom...
POF date:  one.  eh.
Missed Hobbit opportunities:  Three.  I may not get to see it in the theaters...

Earworm: Holly Golightly & The Brokeoffs - Burn Your Fun

i love this song!  I love songs that feel old, but arent.  I guess in my heart I love country, but only rock-a-billy/bluesy/bluegrass/folk.  (I will always love the Wailin' Jennys!)  I am not into saving a horse by riding a cowboy...  Also how do you not fall in love with this album cover?  Those creepy scarecrows really belong together!  True love...  

How was payroll Monday:  Started but it was to late in the day to really do much.  One day it will work as it should... Iced Tea:  Two skull tumblers full, peppermint...   Time spent in the sun:  Just my run, I didnt even look outside much today.  I was busy!  Except when I was on hold, then I taught my monster pen cap to eat its hands...  Not weird... Today is the start of my second week back at school.  Exciting and scary, I am really liking it, but I am nervous all the time!  Today is my first math quiz....  Wish me luck!  :)

     today's Earworm is kinda of a guilty pleasure song...  I listen to a lot of 3OH3! in the morning on my way to work.  Wakes me up and the slight anger helps get me going.  Here it is Don't Trust Me by 3OH3!

Nap?  2 hours.  Semi accidental...  I had taken more 5 hour energy, but my napping powers are too great these days!  I am going to be super busy soon, so I better take advantage.

Wiggles sung in the lobby:  Just one.  "Fruit Salad"  yummy yummy...  It was going to be my Earworm, but I cant bear to listen to it again!

Snow?  There was like an inch of snow on the ground when I left for work today.  No ice till I got on the freeway.  Then I slid 2 lanes over...  Guess I wanted to be in the fast lane today.  Thank God no one was in the other lanes!

Create:  I have been doing a lot of research on make ahead cooking.  I have always wanted to to cook a whole months worth of food and freeze it...  I may start doing it!
